DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Household members, who lives at the top of the hill, have been repeatedly littering compost behind their backyard onto the hill. The compost consist of dry grass, branches, leaves, food scraps which finds its way down the hill into our backyards since our houses are directly below theirs. These trash pose a high risk of potential fire during hot weather and brings rodents to our neighborhood. Their trash causes us inconveniences by requiring us to remove their litter off our OWN backyard. We have made over a handful of attempts to clean the trash off the hill, but it occurs over and over again. Request letters have been given to the neighbor to stop littering, but they still continue to do so. This has got to stop. |
