DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Frequently visits house at Cretin & Palace, and everytime he leaves he throws all his trash into the street. Today was a coffee cup full of cigarettes, but usually see fast-food containers and soda bottles/cans. Last week during a storm he covered his drivers door window with a trash bag, only to throw the trash bag in the street when he left. |
