DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Going through the McDonalds on North Stadium, these three teenagers or young adults were ordering food. A man threw trash out the window. The woman behind him got out of her car to tell him to stop. Once he obtained his food and left, driving along the street he threw out five more pieces of trash, including the same trash the woman handed back to him. I also noticed they had expired tags. |
