DETAIL DESCRIPTION
An older red 4x4, license plate XC84253, taking the on-ramp from CTH N (Little Chute) onto US 41 South started tossing out the passenger side window empty water bottles, cups, plastic wrappers and other items. Some hit my car and bounced off onto the road. They did this for about a mile. |
