DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approximately 5:05 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 while waiting at a red light, behind a burgundy or root beer colored Scion XE mini type of car. I witnessed a possible female driver of the aforementioned vehicle throw onto the street, a large sized, In N Out Burger plastic cup with dark fluid, lid and straw. I quickly took multiple pictures of the litter strewn on the street, the end of the car and a zoom in picture of the license plate and vehicle make and model. It appears the driver saw that I was taking pictures and quickly sped off once the light turned green. I wouldve followed but was late for my appointment that day. |
