DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Maroon colored Toyota Tundra traveling north on state route 96, just east of the village of Phelps. I was on a motorcycle behind the vehicle, the driver threw a cigarette butt out window, then the passenger threw one out as well. Even though it was dark, it was obviously clear that a motorcycle was behind the vehicle, creating a potentially dangerous situation. |
