I was right behind this person on Fletcher Ave. We were in the turn lane that goes to I-75 just before Tampa Oaks Dr. I saw her with her cigarette well out the window...that was so her child(ren) would not be affected by the smoke I assume. After a couple more puffs, she tossed it on the road. |
