DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Have neighbors who throw trash off their high floor balcony. Complained to Property Management and they refuse to clean up the mess and investigate the neighbor who is dumping the trash off of their balcony in the apartment complex. Most are wrapped up plastic bags with animal waste, rotten food, and cat litter in them plastic bags, an ironing board, broken glass, and empty beer bottles and cases.
Property management seem to never get to cleaning it up and have been on them for weeks now about it.
