DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A young girl with brown hair had just pulled out from the Doctors building complex on El Chico Trail, in Willow Park, TX at 11:29 Am on the morning of 9/03/10. (Where she was in a major hurry and pulled out very fast and right in front of us!)She then drove to the service road and turned right and went to the light at Ranch house road to where she threw out several pieces of trash right out her driver side window and we pulled up beside her @ the light and I yelled, Hey dont litter! She just looked at me & SMILED and shoke her had like ha ha and gave another BIG COCKY SMILE!!She was so proud of herself for littering in my city! I was sooo mad I just kept glaring at yelling at her through the red light! We were heading West on I-20 service road and stopped @ ranch house rd light.Right where she threw her trash out the window!! |
